“Two years ago I came in for a tooth that needed shaving down. I payed my total and was told my coverage covered the rest. I then started getting phone calls a year after not too long after I left my old job and switched insurance providers. Before the holidays 2025 I called and was made aware that apparently I owed them $51.04… and I was blown away when I was so confused as to why I was told I had payed in full at the time of leaving my appointment now two years ago to now getting a random new accusation of not paying my bill.. so ask how this is and they inform me that my insurance reassessed the coverage and changed their mind on what they would cover, conveniently right after I switched providers.. now I get a threatening letter claiming they will take further action and to pay immediately as though I didn’t ever stand before them and had them charge me what I was told was what I owed. This is poor business and behaviour for a dentist I have been with for 18 years. I have decided to seek dental for my children and I elsewhere because of the constant text messages and calls from them. All over $51.04 they have been treating me like a thief though they ran my insurance and gave me a total TWO YEARS AGO… absolutely ridiculous behaviour. I understand it’s under new ownership, but this is beyond wrong of this dentist when I have not been using them for the past two years and they didn’t even shave my tooth down enough and it still has caused me issues. “Hello everyone ! i want to mention with full confidence my exp. @ Goldstream dental clinic with Joanna (dental hygenist) she was VERY GOOD at her skills i.e. - very kind,made me feel relaxed (and we had a few fun giggles lol) she would ask many times are you fine & comfortable while getting my teeth cleaned & she did a kick ass damn good job... Oh and also Colleen the front receptionist she was so damn easy to get along with and no doubt very helpful as a representative for the dental clinic,in my closing statements i HIGHLY recommend their highly skilled/friendly services @ GOLDSTREAM DENTAL CLINIC. “I’ve been coming to this dental clinic since 2017, and recently started seeing Anthesa Suarez for my cleanings. She’s kind, gentle, and very skilled. The cleanings are thorough but never rough, and she clearly cares about her patients! The clinic also offers reasonable rates and has a friendly, professional team. “My family and I have been going to Goldstream Dental for years. My son is an autistic adult and afraid of dentists, however, since he started going here he willingly goes on his own and has no issues at all. The Dentists are knowledgeable and caring, they do not try and “upsell” unnecessary work. They advise on financial options and are experts at their crafts. The Dental Hygienists and assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. The Front end staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for the whole family.”Read moreShow less

“We had a wonderful experience at Goldstream Dental Clinic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the clinic had a clean, modern atmosphere that put me at ease. Me and my family went in for a dental cleaning and a filling, and both procedures were handled with care and professionalism. The dental hygienist – Mckenzie was thorough but gentle during the cleaning, leaving our teeth feeling fresh and polished. For the filling, Dr. Sharma took the time to explain the process, which made us feel confident and comfortable throughout.
