“I went in for an Rmt sports massage session with Adrien for some knee pain I’ve been experiencing after running. I figured why not try it since I have the benefits and the clinic is very close to where I live. Adrien also has a very cool back story as a national competitor runner himself so he was the right person to see for my issue. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect in terms of results for pain relief or recovery but to my surprise I haven’t experienced that knee pain again after going for another run. It’s a very encouraging result. I will definitely be going back for follow up sessions, not just for running related issues but also for other areas as well to see if I can get the same benefit. “Jennifer Townsend, was very thorough, empathetic, knowledgeable, and strategic in her physio treatment. Immediately felt better after her prescribed physio. Definitely, will come back for future appointments. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly!”

“I recently started physiotherapy sessions with Zack, and my experience has been very positive. From the moment I arrived, I found the atmosphere welcoming, comfortable, and professional. Zack made me feel at ease right away and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. He is very knowledgeable and confident in what he’s doing, which gave me a lot of reassurance during my sessions. “Best physiotherapy experience I have had, all the staff members are so nice. Alex the PT is very helpful and knowledgeable. She assessed my hip pain and was able to identify the cause right away and provide me with a treatment plan. Would highly recommend.”

“I have had an absolute AMAZING experience with Adrian at GRSM! I have came in a couple times with extremely tight lower back/hip stiffness and he immediately understood the problem areas and tailored the massage around them. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure to check in throughout the session. I left feeling noticeably looser, less stiff, and with way less tension in my back. Definitely one of the best massages I have EVER had! “I had a great experience with GRSM. The clinic seems to be well run and the staff are friendly. I would highly recconmend Jason Smith to anyone looking for a physiotherapist. He's very knowledgeable, easy going, creates thorough and effective programs, and makes the right tweaks to them when somthing could be better. He is also an active individual who has done brazilian jiu jitsu and rock climibing (the sports which caused my injuries), which made explaning some of my issues a lot easier.”Read moreShow less

“I had an excellent experience doing physiotherapy with Brian at GRSM. I had a shoulder injury I put off for months. When I first started going I was worried it may be surgical requiring me to miss work but after a few weeks working with him I started to see improvement. After a few months of going and working at home on exercises he provided me, I am completely back to normal. Lifting weights again and playing sports with no issue.
