“Dr. Hildebrand and the staff are awesome at Grey Stone Dental. I highly recommend them he does top quality great work and he’s very gentle and Staff are very nice. I would highly recommend them anybody looking for a good dentist.”

“My family and I have been loyal, paying clients of this practice for years, spending thousands of dollars out-of-pocket. I always thought we had a great relationship, which is why the letter I received from Dr. Garth six days after my last routine cleaning was such a shock. Out of nowhere, I was informed that the practice was discontinuing service to me. When I called to ask what could have prompted this, Dr. Garth informed me it was because I mentioned to the hygienist that the water-pick tool hurts my mouth and that I prefer the traditional metal scaling tool. Apparently, expressing a basic comfort preference was too much for the hygienist to handle. What is most disappointing is that even after I called to personally apologize for any perceived slight, Dr. Garth still refused to reconsider. While the cleaning itself was fine, the management of this situation was incredibly fragile. If a hygienist is that sensitive to minor client feedback, the professional response is a quick conversation, not an immediate termination of service. I myself own a business and would never discontinue service with a loyal client(s) because of a one time issue. I would call the client and ask what happened. Because of this rigid and unprofessional handling of a trivial issue, I now have the unnecessary hassle of moving my entire family—including my wife and children—to a different practice. If he isn't going to clean my teeth, he isn't going to clean theirs either. It’s a shame to see years of loyalty rewarded with such a lack of common sense and respect.”Read moreShow less

“I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while as we recently moved from Abby to Chilliwack and I hadn’t gotten around to switching dentists, but I’m glad I did! The hygienist was amazing and took so much time to clean my teeth beautifully, and Dr. Reavie was so nice and really good with both my kids (5 and 14 with braces). “I recently visited this dental office after years of feeling anxious about going to the dentist due to some previous bad experiences, and I’m so grateful I found them. My hygienist Charis was wonderful! So gentle, caring, and completely non-judgmental. She made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything she was doing. “They did a denture plate for my ex-husband. Took out all his teeth and told him to come back in 2 weeks after his gums had healed. That was just before Christmas. He went back for his “free adjustment”. They tell him he needs to have them realigned. There reason was the gums have to heal. My peeve is, the alignment is almost as much as the plate. He doesn’t have a lot of money and that’s ridiculous. I asked why put them in if the gums need 6 months to heal why put it in in 2 weeks. That means everyone have to come get a realignment after their gums heal. It’s a scam!!!! He could have gone the 6 months and waited until his gums were healed. They don’t give that option and just continue to rip people off. This whole dental group is a rip off. I also got scammed by their other dental office but telling me they could only do one procedure and I wouldn’t be charged for sedation twice. That why I agreed to the treatment. If I had to pay over $500 twice, I definitely would have rescheduled. After the procedure they say “nope we can’t do that you have to pay again. Just tired of being ripped off by this dental group.
