Most of this first reflexology visit is spent working out what’s been going on and what you want from the session, then you stay clothed and reclined while the practitioner works slowly and specifically on pressure points in your feet — sometimes hands or ears — and you leave knowing how this style differs from an ordinary massage appointment.
