Please note that our Dundas Street entrance has two steps. We have an 8-foot accessibility ramp available on site upon request. If you require the ramp to be set up for your arrival, please email or call our front desk before your appointment so we can ensure the entrance is prepared. An accessible washroom is available on the main floor of the clinic.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other patients who may be waiting for care. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a charge for the full cost of the visit.
