I’ve been seeing Teresa for quite a while now and keep coming back. I make the drive from south Red Deer to Healers Nook in Lacombe because she’s that good! She also is great at picking up on if you just want to quietly relax during the massage or if you want to talk she’ll talk with you, but I think it’s terrific when a massage therapist takes their cues from their client. I always get excellent service at Healers Nook. I deal with lower back pain, and every time I visit, she’s able to loosen up the muscles and provide real relief.
