Acoustic Soundscapes: Experience the soothing cascade of rain sticks, the gentle wash of ocean drums, and grounding frame drums.
Chimes & Tuning Forks: Delicate vibrations to help transition your mind from active thinking into deep, quiet rest.
Group Reiki Healing: Restorative energy clearing to help restore balance, ease stress, and support your body's natural alignment.

Investment: $35 (Includes HST)
What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel. We also recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing and bringing a water bottle.
