Would highly recommend both Chiropractic and massage services!! I have been seeing Laurel the RMT for over a year. She does an amazing job with deep tissue massages and my body always feels great after seeing her. She is very knowledgable and informative on what she is doing and why she is doing it. I recently started seeing Dr. Natasha Speedie for chiropractic adjustments. I had been having unresolved hip pain for several months and after a few appointments my hip is feeling much better. In addition to in office treatments she had given me the tools I need to continue improving my body strength to prevent this issue from re-occurring and to prevent other issues from happening. Dr. Speedie is so friendly and knowledgeable. So happy and thankful to be able to see her for my chiropractic adjustments, I always leave feeling so much better! Definitely would recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Natasha Speedie for over a year now and would very highly recommend her for all of your health and well-being needs. She is very thorough with her assessments and getting to the source of your pain rather than just treating the symptoms. Through her treatments in combination with her therapeutic exercise recommendations I have made significant progress with reducing my pain and improving my posture and how I feel.
