$350 Total service charge ($200 microneedling 30 min + $150 Acupuncture treatment 60 min) Microneedling is combined with acupuncture to support skin health within the context of the whole body. Using the MicroPen Evo™ microneedling device, controlled micro-stimulation encourages collagen production and tissue repair. Acupuncture is integrated to support circulation, regulate inflammation, and help the nervous system shift into a state that allows healing to occur. This approach recognizes that skin is living tissue influenced by stress, sleep, hormones, and overall regulation, not just surface texture. Includes intake, treatment, and post-care guidance. Suitable for new and returning clients. Not suitable during pregnancy, if you are under 22 years of age, within 4 weeks of neuromodulator or filler injections, or if you have used isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6 months. Please book a consult if you’re unsure whether this treatment is right for you.

A focused Registered Massage Therapy session using craniosacral techniques to support nervous system regulation and fascial release. This approach works with tissue patterns in a responsive, non-forceful way, allowing the body space to settle and reorganize. You’ll remain fully clothed. The work is quiet, intentional, and whole-body oriented (not just a scalp massage!) May be supportive for ongoing pain care, stress recovery, headaches, or maintenance between longer sessions.
This appointment is only for EXISTING patients of Shawna Heavenor. Please do not book this unless you have seen Shawna previously, thank you.
Train with purpose in a supportive small group setting. This one hour class is designed to help you build real world strength, move better, and gain confidence in the gym. Every session begins with a guided warm up to prepare your body for lifting and finishes with a cooldown to help you recover and leave feeling your best. The heart of each class focuses on one or two foundational lifts such as squats, deadlifts, presses, or rows. You’ll learn proper technique, gradually build strength, and receive coaching tailored to your experience level. From there, we’ll move into accessory work that keeps things fresh and fun. Expect a mix of mobility, stability, balance, core training, unilateral exercises, carries, circuits, and functional movement to build a body that feels as good as it performs. No two classes are exactly the same, giving you variety while continuing to progress toward your goals. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking for expert coaching in a motivating environment, this class will help you become stronger, move more confidently, and enjoy the process along the way. Perfect for: Beginners to intermediate lifters who want to build strength, improve movement quality, and have fun training with a small community.
