30 minThis session length can be great for those new to therapy to help "dip your toe in" so to speak. This can also be a good option for youth who may find virtual sessions longer than 30 minutes too overwhelming to start. This is also a great option for when you don't feel you need or have time for a full session- but still want and/or need to check in with your therapist.
