This 60-minute session is a personalized hypnotherapy appointment tailored to the goals and needs discussed during your consultation. Each session is designed to support deep subconscious work—whether you're addressing stress, anxiety, confidence, or other internal blocks.
To ensure the best possible experience, please make sure:
• You have a strong and stable internet connection
• You are in a quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed
• You are seated or reclined in a way that your face remains clearly visible to the practitioner at all times
Creating a calm, distraction-free environment is essential to the effectiveness and safety of this work.
