Lymphatic Kinesio Taping

Also known as Lymph Taping, is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to support the body's natural healing process to promote lymphatic drainage and reduce swelling. This method is part of a broader medical taping concept and involves the use of specially designed elastic adhesive tape that mimics the elasticity of our skin. During this 30-minute session, the therapist will apply the tape directly to the area of concern. Demonstrate how to apply it yourself in the future and provide you with extra tape to take home for continued support.
