Botox is indicated for the treatment of chronic migraines, TMJ syndrome and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Mary Ann has been certified to provide therapeutic botox using the Health Canada approved protocol for chronic migraines. The initial consult will review the indications for treatment, and options for coverage including insurance form completion. Appointment duration is 30 minutes and all initial consults are FREE of charge. Please email impactsportclinic@gmail.com if you have any questions.
