This treatment is done within the scope of registered massage therapy and billable to extended health insurance
. Therapist guided treatment combining assisted stretching and controlled movement to help improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and support joint function.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include passive stretching, active-assisted stretching, hands-on massage and movement-based techniques to address restrictions and overall movement quality.

Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
