Assisted Stretch & Movement Therapy

*Not accepting ICBC patients* *Please Note: Comfortable stretch attire, like shorts, leggings, tank tops or sports bras are required for this session. This treatment is done within the scope of registered massage therapy and billable to extended health insurance . Therapist guided treatment combining assisted stretching and controlled movement to help improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and support joint function. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include passive stretching, active-assisted stretching, hands-on massage and movement-based techniques to address restrictions and overall movement quality.
