If the initial treatment was successful in addressing the concerns, we assess the stability of the tissue or joint to make sure it has accommodated the positive change made. Treatment time will vary between 20-25mins.

Most of this visit is spent on the table getting hands-on soft-tissue work — pressure, kneading and movement through the areas you agreed to focus on — with a shorter check-in on what changed since last time and any aftercare to leave with.
