“Innovative, kind, professional and very helpful - they explain, demonstrate the exercise they want you to do and encourage your progress. As a senior with only OHIP I feel they went the extra kilometer to guide, encourage and provide me with exercises I could continue to work with after my 4 +1 OHIP physio coverage was complete. I had to wait a few months for an OHIP appointment but the end result was worth it. From the reception staff to physio assistants to Physiotherapist - all were exceptional. “Ramandeep is very patient and understanding. I felt very weak an insecure because of my muscle loss but she reassured me and helped me at my own pace. The receptionist is also very nice and has good customer service.”

“My son has been seeing Ramandeep since March due to a sports injury. She has been wonderful and has played a positive role in his rehabilitation and goal to get back onto the field strong and like he never left! She is very attentive, considerate, and jokes around with him. He feels very comfortable with her. The office as a whole is very accommodating and welcoming.
