“Way over priced. I was quoted for prescription oakleys at $780 - walked down street two doors away to DaVinci - same frames with prescription PLUS transition for $160 cheaper. Plus, poor customer service.”

“We had a great experience at IRIS when I brought my 4-year-old daughter for her eye exam. Sherry did all the testing and was incredibly patient, gentle, and friendly, which made my daughter feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain each step and answered all of our questions clearly. It’s not always easy to keep a young child calm during medical tests, but Sherry handled everything wonderfully. “I had a nice experience at IRIS Optometrists. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and kind. The staff and optometrists are very professional, patient and caring and explain things clearly. I’d happily recommend this location to anyone.”

“I had an appointment at IRIS North Vancouver today, February 7th, at 2:45 PM for my daughter and my husband. Our experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When we arrived, one patient was already inside, and the front desk staff, Sherry and Mariam, spent over 10 minutes on administrative work—something that could have easily been done after the appointment. They tested my daughter quickly, but then my husband was made to wait for over an hour without any communication. During this time, the staff were more focused on entertaining friends and acquaintances than attending to their patients. When we tried to ask about the delay, we were ignored. It was clear that they were only engaging with people who spoke their native language, while others, like us, were neglected. It seemed that additional customers from their own community were being prioritized over others. While the optician was very professional and skilled, the unprofessional attitude of the front-end staff completely ruined our experience. “I had worst customer experience here due to front end staff (sherry and Mariyam) who were not organized but delayed me by an hour from appointment. I was never told that I would need to wait for 1 hour for an appointment which I was late by 7 mins. I won’t have done my daughter’s checkup as they are only looking to get MSP ,I regret going to this store and suggest not to go here as favour are given if you know them personally.”Read moreShow less
