“My experience with the team at IRIS in the Pine Centre Mall was absolutely excellent, if not the best experience in 40+ years of wearing glasses. From pretest, to eye exam, to choosing and ordering new glasses, and picking them up, Tim, Jannah, Dr. Paul, and Talitha were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. They answered all of my questions, ensured I received my glasses before I moved, and proactively sent my info to the IRIS in my new town, so I can get fitted for contacts once I arrive. What's more, I LOVE my new glasses, and the new therapeutic lenses. (Were my old glasses even doing anything??) “I had my eye exam here recently, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I also got my prescription glasses here, and the staff helped me choose the right pair. A special thank you to Arzoo for being so helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process. “Friendly staff and very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast and efficient eye exams. Had broken my glasses sitting down on them and took them in I was in out in 5 minutes. What a great team”

“Nicole, was absolutely amazing. My dog chewed my glasses (with love tho, right?) And I thought I was cooked. Nicole not only tried to find another pair she found old stock and swapped out the lenses. Do I like the colour, who cares - i can see. Really appreciate her thinking outside the box and saved me money. Definitely will be back. Definitely will use their services again. Love the can do attitude and warmth. Super appreciative. “Dr. Paul and the manger Tim was super helpful with my glasses! I bought them online and they often need tightening whenever I’m at iris the staff and the team is so welcome and super helpful! Highly recommend Iris!”

“The lady carrying out the pretest was very professional and efficient at her job. The tech next to no time at all it was very quick to get me in for the pretest as I was early for my appointment. “I had an amazing experience at IRIS for my eye exam and glasses prescription. From the moment I walked in, the process was smooth and welcoming—from the pre-exam questions to the thorough examination and consultation with Dr. Michelle Paul, who was excellent. Jannah and Aarzoo were extremely helpful with selecting my glasses and took the time to clearly explain my prescription and extended health benefits.
