“UNFULFILLED PROMISE: 2-year course access cut short. I am extremely disappointed with J.A.D.E.When I purchased the AFK on 31 August 2024, the enrollment agreement clearly stated I would have 2 years of full access to all online materials. However, after only 17 months, my access was revoked. I have reached out to their support team multiple times, but they have responded back explaining that there access works with 3 Cycle system which was never mentioned in the agreement and the cycle started on 15 March 2024 before i even signed up. This is a direct breach of the terms I signed up for. I chose this provider specifically for the long-term access they promised. If you are looking for a reliable provider that honors their commitments, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Potential students should be aware that their 'guaranteed access' may not be honored.”Read moreShow less
