Autumn is a time of transition—and in Chinese Medicine, it’s also a time to shift how we nourish ourselves. As the air gets cooler and drier, our bodies need support in staying balanced, resilient, and well. Chinese Medicine looks at food through a different lens. It’s less about calories, macronutrients or vitamins more about the energetics of what we eat. Some foods moisten dryness, others clear phlegm, warm the digestion, or strengthen the lungs. When chosen wisely, food becomes one of our best allies in staying healthy through the season. Space is limited — Secure your spot now!
