“0/0 ⭐ Years of Mismatched Dentures and Unprofessional Conduct; For over three years, my father, a homeless veteran, has endured a terrible experience with this denturist. Despite multiple visits and being repeatedly sold new dentures, he has never received a proper fitting set. He was continually told his gums were swollen, a claim that is medically questionable after such a long period. When he finally expressed his grievances and requested a refund for the ill-fitting dentures, he was met with a complete lack of accountability and empathy. This business has shown a blatant disregard for a patient's well-being and has taken advantage of a vulnerable individual. The treatment my father received was unprofessional and unethical. We intend to pursue this matter further, as no one should have to go through this. I strongly advise others to seek a different, more reputable denturist.”Read moreShow less

“The worst denture and rip off. $5000 for transition dentures on the lower. Both sets broke. Going into the 3rd set they wanted another 5000$. Anywhere else is better than dealing with this rip off of a place. During the process, my mouth and teeth were referred to as an old pair of shoes.. “Worst dentures ever in my 50+ years of wearing dentures. Subsequently learned that the denturist (Trish Salaway) was not licensed to practice in BC or CANADA for that matter. The owner, (Gary Salaway) knowingly allowed her to make a complete set of dentures for me. If anyone has dentures made by Trish you need to file a complaint with the College of Denturists in BC.”Read moreShow less

“I would give zero if able, bad experience could not eat with them, they stuck out, they did a “fix” which made them worse. He acted like it was my fault, rather rude, finally gave me back my money and I gave him his teeth.
