After my first visit to Corinne, I was deeply impressed! She is friendly, professional, and deeply knowledgeable -- in a way that she can nimbly reassess and explain as she gets to know you and your issues. My experience was Corinne was nothing short of amazing!! She was extremely welcoming of me into her space, and took the time and energy to fully explain the pelvic floor to me! WHEN YOU ARRIVE: We don’t have a front-desk receptionist, so please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. Your physiotherapist will come greet you personally. NEW PATIENTS : We’re happy to accept new patients — click “Book Initial Appointment” to get started. Tip: our schedules fill up quickly. Book your next 2–3 follow-up visits (spaced 2–3 weeks apart) at the same time as your first appointment. You can always adjust or cancel later — this just holds your spot. WAITLIST : Select your physio + visit type (e.g., “45-Min Assessment” or “30-Min Subsequent Visit”). We’ll reach out as soon as a spot opens up. ALL bookings require a credit card be placed on file. Credit cards are safely encrypted and protected. CANCELLATION POLICY : Life happens — we just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer that time to another patient. Less than 48 hours’ notice: $50 cancellation fee Less than 24 hours’ notice: FULL VISIT fee charged Fees are charged to the card on file. Can’t make it in person? Ask about switching to a telehealth session to avoid the fee. PARKING : FREE parking is available on the street or in the driveway (please avoid blocking other vehicles). Accessible parking is also available nearby at Jack Robertson Park.
