Not sure who to book with? Send us an inquiry and we can help match you, or read our therapist profiles . Our rates + cancellation policy are available online. For cancellations or changes to appointments, 2 business days’ notice is required to avoid a fee.

First appointment? The therapist will get to know more about your concerns and the two of you will determine if this is a good therapeutic fit. Together you’ll look at what the next steps will be moving forward. If your preferred therapist is not accepting new clients, you can register for our waitlist .
