Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki sessions cleanses stagnant energy, heals and guides you along with messages from your guides. In person sessions the laying of my hands triggers self-healing on both the physical and etheric body. It will include the sweeping away of stagnant energies and intuitive Reiki where most messages come through from your guides. After the session we will have time to chat, and I will explain what I saw, felt or heard - so long as you are comfortable with this.
