I attempted to get an appointment and was completely rebuffed by this completely unprofessional optometrist office. I am under the care of a opthamology is Calgary for very long term type of iritis for which he is a North America recoginised specialist. I am currently experiencing a flare up and am taking treatment to correct it . But beause of the drops I must take he wanted me to have my eye pressures taken in about a weeks time to ensure that every thing is ok. I explained all of this to the receptionist and was told " the doctor only take Kimberley patients and that I should look in Cranbrook" WOW!! I told her I was born and raised in Kimberley and now live in Wycliffe. The kids from here go to school in Kimberley. What is more Kimberley I told her I still have a Kimberley land line 427 (original) . I think I am pretty much a Kimberley person. This to me is a totally disgusting treatment to someone. My request is only very very minor a simple pressure test. Every one should know how this Kimberley Optometrist treats people needing a little help. So none caring and unprofessional .Read moreShow less

All the staff are amazing here. I can't thank them enough for helping me choose glasses that would fit comfortably and look cute. They made shopping for new glasses a fun experience, something I've always struggled with in the past. Thanks again! I highly recommend Kimberley Vision Care.Read moreShow less

We own a place in Calgary and Kimberley, while in Kimberley I lost a screw out of my progressive sunglasses. We stopped in to see if a screw could be replaced, where I was told there is a $10 charge to look at my glasses because they were not purchased from this store. I have worked at a small town optometrists office for over 10 years and we NEVER EVER charge to do minor repairs on ANYONE'S glasses. So needless to say I would not recommend stopping in here if you need any help, but the optometrist office in Cranbrook was happy to repair my sunglasses.....free of charge. Shame on you for charging people for minor repairs, as I know how much those screws cost your office..customer service should be more importantRead moreShow less
