“For me , Danica’s Kinesio massaging is very educational as I’m always learning new techniques and understanding of my muscles. She explains what muscles are connected to what and why I do experience so much pain. I’m self employed. It’s physical work and I don’t like being off from my work. I do like to find other forms of helping myself instead of surgeries or medication and Danica’s way is the best for me. It works. I was put on the list for carpel tunnel surgery but with Danica's help I didn’t need the surgery. She showed me what to do with my hands and I couldn’t believe that it worked and it avoided surgery for me. Now I try not to do the same repetitive moves for my hands. I do however tell other friends and family what they can do if they have a carpel tunnel problem. So Danica’s teachings is spread from me to others so she is helping others just like me. When I go to Danica the first thing she ask me if I’m experiencing any pain or have issues that need to be addressed right away. . She writes everything down so she can easily go through prior problems. When I leave I Danica’s place from my massaging I feel more uplifting and she is always positive about going forward . Danica’s attitude is …….a little of doing something is better than not at all. You have to wrap your mind about doing anything and if it’s in your mind it’s a start. I’m just glad I go to Danica. I did try another massage therapist but I went back to Danica. The pressure she uses on my body is perfect as I have fibromyalgia as well.
