Since my motorcycle accident I have been going to Kinetic Energy for Physio and massage therapy! Iby is an all star! Would not be where I am without her. Darlene and Heather are both amazing massage therapist, I would/have recommended all 3 lovely ladies to anyone needed Physio or massage therapy! I booked a massage appointment over the phone and was very clear about the date and time during the conversation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I was actually booked for the following week instead. It was frustrating to take time out of my day and travel to the office only to find that my appointment had been entered incorrectly. While mistakes can happen, I expected better attention to detail when booking appointments. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and inconvenienced.Lire la suiteRéduire

Have been twice to kinetic. First time the massage therapist would speak a word for one hour. Made me feel very uncomfortable. My wife convinced me to try a second time. Appointment 7:30am. I am waiting. 7:45am. The lady at the front lets me know that the therapist didn't show up. I did sign the contract stating in case I would cancel the appointment in less then 24 hours, I have to pay $40. Also the evening before the morning appointment, I have to verify that I will be attending. I did that. Wondering....what kind of business is that? The Physiotherapist team is great especially Ryan, easy to talk with team and to share problems with Cleo and kathryn are incredible receptionists! The whole team is awesome!

Started on my journey yesterday toward strong bones with Blake, one of Kinetic's very knowledgeble physio-therapists. Not only did Blake prescribe some exercises to start but I left feeling reassured that things were going to be ok with some work on my part.
