“VERY clean and calm atmosphere. VERY knowledgeable staff. VERY professional and friendly front end staff. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kingston Pelvic Health! From the moment I first called, Bobbi at the front desk was so kind, welcoming, and professional plus she makes booking, navigating appointments, and direct billing to my insurance easy and stress-free. My therapist, Kara, has been absolutely incredible. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and makes me feel comfortable and supported at every step. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly, listens to my concerns, prints out sheets for me to take home after each appointment and has made such a positive difference in my health and confidence. “Fantastic staff. The pelvic physiotherapy changed my life after menopause. It’s a must for women after menopause. Digestion and urinary tract and any pain fixed after a few months”

“The therapist I saw here (Brittany) was very professional and knowledgeable, I was quite happy with her.. however, their office staff were absolutely ridiculous. I understand they are a business and need to have rules about cancellation fees but their receptionist was quite rude when I had to cancel my appointment for a medical emergency last minute (26hrs before rather than their required 48hrs) . A lot of their clientele are moms or expecting moms and they need to understand that our kids and unborn children come first. Not very pleased with the lack of compassion. Being a mom is hard enough let alone someone adding to your stress when you need to reschedule due to something out of your control.”Read moreShow less

“Been going here for a few months now with a tight pelvis. My PT (Kara) is great and has really helped me find relief. Truly started to believe I'd live with this pain for the rest of my life.
