This 60-minute Soundbath is a gentle, supportive sound healing experience designed to help you settle, rebalance, and reset. The session begins with a short guided relaxation to help your body and nervous system arrive and soften. From there, the experience becomes sound-healing focused, allowing you to journey quietly with the crystal singing bowls and tuning forks in whatever way feels right for you. This offering is especially well-suited for:    ‱   Beginners or those new to sound healing or group meditation    ‱   People who prefer a gentle, grounding experience rather than deep emotional or integrative work    ‱   Anyone looking for a calm nervous-system reset or energetic rebalancing There is no pressure to “do” anything — you’re simply invited to rest, receive, and let the sound work in its own way.
