If you’re having difficulty getting in or are experiencing an acute concern, please book the next available time and add yourself to the waitlist. This ensures you have a follow-up booked if we’re able to fit you in sooner.

If you’re in an acute situation, check Nicole, Aly and Candice’s availability — we are all happy to see you as soon as possible. You can also call or email us if you need help being added to the waitlist.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

If we are able to fill your spot, we will waive the cancellation fee. If there isn’t enough notice and we are unable to fill your appointment time, a cancellation fee will apply.
