“Dr. Elgazzar is the most unprofessional physician I’ve met. I calmly expressed my frustration about a previous appointment with him which resulted in my tooth breaking. Instead of listening to my concerns he walked off from me and told the office that I couldn’t come there any further for dental care. I also attempted to express my concerns to the office manager and she was worst. She continuously cut me off and attempted to say I missed an appointment from a year ago. She did not address my concerns and treated me like I was scum on her show. Dental care treatment is already stressful for patients so to be treated this way was blasphemy. Now I have a broken tooth and further damage after trusting the professional opinion of this dental office.”Read moreShow less

“My dental hygienist Colleen at Ladysmith Dental is amazing!! She is the main reason I will always come back here. I have such strong anxiety when it comes to anything to do with dental offices, but Colleen makes me feel so calm, and we always have a good laugh. “Dr. Mcmillan and his team are incredible. I have had to deal with a lot of dental anxiety from my past but whenever I go to see him and his team I feel safe and very comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about the whole staff and the cleanliness of the space itself; as someone who has dental anxiety, it’s really nice not seeing all normal posters/videos of people’s mouths everywhere. “My family has gone to Dr. Mcmillan and his team for quite some time. My husband and I both came to him with dental anxieties from previous experiences. After many moves around North America, requiring a new dentist with each location, I can confidently say that his office provides high quality, high touch care that is gentle, respectful, personable, and has a healthy dose of lightness and humor infused. If that doesn't say enough, my kids get excited to go to the dentist - counting down the days when their appointments near.
