Born to Birth offers personalized childbirth education led by an RN specialized in labour and delivery. We focus on empowering birth experiences through evidence based knowledge and hands-on practice; covering breathing techniques, pain management, labour and birthing methods for hospital and home births. We also provide guidance on newborn care and infant feeding. This class is private, interactive, and tailored to your individual needs.

What it is
Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
