Each treatment includes a 60 minute restorative postpartum abhyanga (warm, full body oil therapy), belly binding session (the belly wrap fabric is yours to keep), a ready-made (already decocted and prepared) postpartum herbal bath soak, 2 Ayurvedic teas to support the nervous system, provide hydration and promote lactation that I prepare during my visit
You will also receive your own 8oz bottle of organic herbalized oil to do your own self-abhyangas.
