Please give a notice of 24 hours if needing to cancel your appointment, or request to send a friend in your place. If I am unable to fill your time slot on such short notice, you will still be charged for the appointment booked. Some exceptions may apply. If I must cancel within 24 hours, you will have priority in rebooking and a discount on your next treatment.
