Reiki and Intuitive Guidance

Reiki is a healing modality that has originated in Japan and is a channeling of universal life force energy to help promote balance, harmony, and a greater alignment with your unconditional wellbeing. The initial reiki healing is where we get to know each other energetically, allowing for openness and trust in the energy healing process and in me as your healer. I will assess your chakras, aura, masculine and feminine energies followed by entering a deep relaxation and meditation state involving gentle touch and or hovering my hands around the body where needed to begin aligning, balancing, and clearing on a deep level. By the end of the healing, expect to feel more clear, rested, and at peace. I will provide you with personalized affirmations and any guidance that came through during the session, as well as recommendations to support your healing journey.
