“Absolutely excellent. Thank you so much, Luis from LensCrafters at Eaton Center. We are tourists from Germany, visiting Canada for a few weeks. My husband (76) lost the miniature screws in his travel reading glasses and could not use them anymore, but since we have brabdnew expensive ones back home we didn’t wanted to buy another new one. . Luis welcomed us with a big smile, found the right screws and repaired the glasses without charging anything. What an amazing, very helpful and friendly service.
