“I had a very positive experience at Lifemark. The clinic is very organized, professional, and well-managed. Appointment reminders are always sent on time, which makes everything smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff are friendly, efficient, and clearly know their workflow well. They are always helpful and able to answer questions clearly. I especially want to thank Anita. She is kind, professional, and very empathetic. She takes the time to listen and understands both the physical discomfort and emotional stress clients may be going through. “I had my first appointment with Anita Dyson and she is very attentive, caring, and patient. She made me feel comfortable right away and really took the time to listen to my concerns. She explains things clearly and makes sure I understand everything. I have followed her treatment and feel good so far. I already feel well taken care of after my first visit. “I’ve had a really great experience here. Anita is very skilled, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. I’ve noticed real improvement since starting treatment. Also, Karen has been incredibly helpful with communication and handling my claim. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, without putting any extra pressure on me. “I am a 71 year old female who recently had total knee replacement on my right knee. I was referred to Lifemark Physiotherapy in Markham. I was so lucky to be greeted by Keagan who has been a life saviour for the past 12 weeks. I came in using a walker unable to do much of anything. I truly did not anticipate how painful the recovery process would be. Bending the knee was the greatest challenge. During my first visit the best I could do was a bend of 45°. With patience and care Keagan worked with me during these past 12 weeks to get me to achieve a bend of 115°. He encouraged me to push myself through the pain. For weeks I was unable to make a full rotation on the stationary bike, then to my surprise I was finally able to do it in week 8. I screamed at my achievement which he captured on video literally shocking my 2 daughters LOL. Keagan is soft spoken, always has a smile on his face and makes you feel good about yourself no matter how small the progress is. He is a young physiotherapist who is obviously passionate about what he does. I am also appreciative of the exercises that he suggested I could do at home to strengthen my thigh and calf muscles. I feel optimistic that I will regain my full range of motion. I highly recommend choosing Keagan as your physiotherapist. Thank you Keagan! “I have been seeing Anita, my chiropractor, since my car accident in December. She is always so cheerful and engaging every time I see her, and put me to ease even before the treatment starts. Her treatment does not only make my body feel better, but also brighten up my mood because of her bubbly personality. I highly recommend her as a chiropractor. Everyone else including Vivian, the receptionist, Sandra, the RMT, and the PTs, PTAs and RMTs who I received treatments from, have been great. “I've been coming to the clinic for a few weeks now due to an accident and am very grateful for their support, attentiveness and care. Vivian is always so kind and welcoming at the front desk.
