“I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had with Kirsten Roberts, an Occupational Therapist, who specializes in hand and upper limb rehab. I broke my right wrist, and due to overuse of my left hand, suffered an injury to a tendon in my left hand. To say I was discouraged is an understatement. Another health practitioner recommended that I see Kirsten. It was a game changer. She listened to my whole story, and then patiently explained what my current injury was, and what the best course of treatment was. She made up little “splits”, or RMOs, that kept my tendon safe for healing, without overly limiting my range of motion—critical for long term recovery, as I had learned with my right wrist. I cannot say enough good about Kirsten! She is knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and proactive. If you have a hand injury, she is the professional you must see!”Read moreShow less

“I heartily recommend the Lifemark Physiotherapy clinic at Main West & Longwood to anyone I know who needs physiotherapy care. I have been treated there for multiple issues over the past 11 years, and each experience is great - which is why I continue to return there. All the staff I’ve encountered are professional, upbeat, friendly and very helpful - from clinic manager to front desk staff, from massage therapists to the wonderful kinesiologists in the gym. Physiotherapist John McCluskie is highly knowledgeable and an amazing diagnostician, and he very effectively communicates the issue, the treatment plan and its progression. He is a consummate professional, and takes the time to listen to and answer all of my questions. “I have been attending this clinic typically 2x per week for the past 3 months in preparation for shoulder surgery and for post surgery rehabilitation physiotherapy, strengthening and conditioning. I have been very impressed with all of the staff for their competence, professionalism, accommodation and delivery of all services. I specifically sought out physio therapist John McCluskie and have been absolutely impressed with his knowledge, experience and skill.
