**TRAVEL NOTICE: Lauren Benedict RMT, will be away from the clinic between the dates of July 13th to returning to the clinic August 7th, 2026. In Addition, Lauren is away between the dates of August 10th returning to the clinic on August 18th, 2026. Please contact Lauren directly at 250 619 4568 or by her email: laurenbenedictmassage@gmail.com to leave her any messages regards upcoming appointments before or after her travel dates. She will also leave a vacation responder on her phone and email, reminding patients that she will take care of any changes, bookings after she comes back. DIRECT BILLING- Lauren Benedict RMT does direct bill some insurers, please contact her for more information. Gail Dunn RMT does not direct bill - and does provide receipts for patient submission to insurers. WAITLIST- Please add yourself to the waitlist through your Jane accounts if you do not find a time that suits you. CANCELLATION POLICY: At Little Fern Studio we have specifically chosen to be patient centric and offer our patients to opportunity to be transparent with their scheduled bookings and cancellations. That being said, your time has been reserved for you and we cannot fill the spot on short notice. If you Change/Cancel within 48 hours of your appointment , or alternatively No Show the day of your appointment - The clinic policy as as follows: We require 48 hours notice for CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS to your bookings. We ask that you contact your Massage Therapist if you are cancelling due to illness. If you are cancelling for other reasons our fee is the **FULL FEE for the scheduled appointment on that day applies. This also applies to No Shows Please contact your Therapist to discuss the policy if you have questions.
