This in a VIRTUAL initial assessment for private clients who are new to the Kinesiologist.
During this session, your Kinesiologist will go through intake questions to gain an understanding of your concerns, complete functional testing, and begin addressing your concerns through various styles of movement.
It is advised to wear comfortable clothing that is not restrictive, but loose or baggy clothing is not recommended.

What it is
Most of the visit is a movement assessment — watching how you walk, squat, reach and load different joints, then checking strength, mobility and control — before you leave with exercise drills and a clear plan for what to do next.
