“We have one more visit scheduled and that is to get the braces off and the retainer fitted. We were very impressed with the service and explanation for our next visit, including shaping front teeth and forming the gum lines. We have been blessed with kind courteous and understanding staff. “I had braces through Lo Elliot Orthodontics almost 30 years ago. Over the weekend my permanent retainer on my upper teeth came loose. I made one phone call & they scheduled me in that very day. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional & efficient. The appointment took less than 25 minutes & I was out the door with no issues. It’s just as I walked in the building for the very first time back in the 90’s. You can’t exceed perfection.
