This is a full body holistic approach working with the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, along with the skull and sacrum. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a hands-on technique that uses light touch to encourage the normal rhythm of this system, aiming to relieve tension, enhance the function of the central nervous system and promote overall health and well-being. More specifically this treatment can help improve headache and migraine symptoms, post concussion symptoms, anxiety disorders and helps promote hormone balance within the body. Each treatment is catered to your needs and can be incorporated with traditional massage techniques. More questions? Please don't hesitate to call for more information regarding this treatment.

Craniosacral sessions are gentle, hands-on treatments guided by the body’s own cues and the client’s comfort at all times. Drawing from Craniosacral Therapy and somatic-based principles, the work supports awareness of sensations, regulation of the nervous system, and the safe release of tension or holding patterns as they arise. Craniosacral Therapy is an anatomically precise modality. This subtle, non-forceful approach allows the body to release restrictions in ways that deeper or more aggressive techniques cannot. Sessions are collaborative and adaptive, supporting the body’s innate capacity for self-correction, addressing root causes, and facilitating deep, sustainable healing.
