Reiki Therapy

Reiki therapy is a very gentle and non invasive energetic healing technique. The word Reiki translates to “Universal Energy." This acknowledgment and practice of using Universal Energy to help heal has been used for thousands of years by some of the most ancient cultures and societies from both east and west. We are comprised of energy centres (chakras) and energetic pathways (meridians/nadis).These centres and pathways are distributed throughout the entire body and allow for the flow of the Universal Energy through our bodies. Like any gateway or pathway, if ignored or injured (due to physical, mental or emotional traumas) they can become imbalanced and blocked. Symptoms of these blockages can often show up within our emotional and feeling states because emotions are energy moving through the body itself. Reiki is a great technique to help clear up some of these blockages energetically and open up to new insights, intuitions and messages from your own personal guides and Higher Self.
