Scent-Free Clinic : To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and practitioners with allergies and sensitivities, please avoid wearing scented products when visiting the clinic. Victor Tran, RMT — direct billing is available for most insurance providers, except Medavie Blue Cross(Pending). Please contact us to confirm whether your insurer is eligible for direct billing. All credit card information is stored securely in an encrypted format. Your credit card on file will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a late cancellation. ⚠️ Cancellation Policy A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Failure to provide notice, or a no-show, will result in the full treatment fee being charged. However, if we are able to fill the appointment slot, no charge will be made. We will make every effort to fill the spot in such cases. ICBC We do not direct bill ICBC for massage therapy. However, we do offer direct billing to ICBC for acupuncture treatments. Worksafe BC & MSP We are NOT currently accepting WorksafeBC and MSP patient.
