If you book your first session online, please fill out the intake and consent form afterwards.
If you do not have insurance. please email admin@lunacounselling.ca if you require a rate reduction and we will add the adjustment to your file, or let your therapist know in your first session. We typically offer reduced fees to those without insurance.
