Infant massage is a slow, baby-led session where your baby stays clothed or partly clothed on your lap, a mat or the table while the practitioner uses very light touch, gentle movement and positioning work — with plenty of pauses for feeding, settling or changing — and you leave knowing how your baby tolerated it and what was done.

45 minLearn gentle massage techniques to help your baby sleep better, ease gas and colic, and support healthy development—all while strengthening your bond. Perfect for parents and caregivers with babies from birth to 12 months. Suitable for most infants, with adjustments as needed based on age or health status. Please Note: This workshop is instructional in nature and focused on teaching caregivers how to safely perform infant massage at home. It is not a hands-on treatment performed by the instructor. As such, this service is not eligible for health insurance reimbursement, as it does not qualify as a clinical or therapeutic intervention under most insurance policies. Workshop will vary in time from 30 to 45 minutes. Please ensure appointment time is made when the infant is in a content/generally happy mood. Tummy massage can not be done until 20 minutes after feeding.
