Location: The office is located at 397 Bedford Highway, inside the Remax building beside Irving. Take the elevator inside the main doors to the 3rd floor and wait in the chairs through the doorway on the left.

Payment: We accept interac debit, credit card or email money transfer to info@mamawellnessco.ca.

Please note: Mama Wellness Co does not direct bill private insurances at this time. Once payment is received, a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your private insurance company for reimbursement. Cancellation Policy: we require that you allow 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged an insufficient notice fee that is 50% of the appointment cost. If an appointment is missed entirely with no notice given, you will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment. These fees may be waived in the event of sudden illness and in emergency situations at the discretion of the physiotherapist.
