Infant massage is a slow, baby-led session where your baby stays clothed or partly clothed on your lap, a mat or the table while the practitioner uses very light touch, gentle movement and positioning work — with plenty of pauses for feeding, settling or changing — and you leave knowing how your baby tolerated it and what was done.

During this one-on-one session, you’ll learn simple, evidence-based massage techniques that can help promote relaxation, improve sleep, ease gas and colic, support healthy digestion, and encourage healthy physical and emotional development—all while building confidence in responding to your baby’s unique cues. Jolaine St. Pierre is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) through the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). With a special passion for prenatal wellness, infant development, and supporting new families, Jolaine creates a calm, welcoming environment where parents can slow down, connect with their baby, and gain practical skills they’ll continue to use at home. Suitable for babies from birth to 12 months, these sessions are designed to nurture both baby and caregiver through meaningful, intentional touch.
