This appointment is for new postpartum or cesarean scar massage patients to the clinic, or existing chiropractic patients who would like to book this appointment type with one of our RMTs. Your RMT will complete a full history, physical exam, informed consent, treatment, and provide home care advice.
If you are booking for cesarean scar massage, please wait until you are at least six weeks postpartum and you have not had any incision infections or complications with healing.

What it is
Most of the visit is you talking through what’s been going on, then the therapist checking movement, tenderness and tissue quality before doing hands-on work where it fits — you leave with a sense of what was found and any home care or follow-up plan.
